Andy finds himself stuck in the middle between Goober and Flora, the new waitress at the diner. When Flora takes more of a liking to Andy than Goober, Andy must find a way to put her off his scent and on to Goober's.

"ALBERTA NELSON - 1937-2006. Actress Alberta Nelson, who portrayed Flora Malherbe (Goober's girlfriend who was a waitress at the Mayberry Diner) who appeared in four episodes of TAGS and one of Mayberry RFD has sadly passed away from cancer at her home in Erie, Pennsylvania at the age of 68 on the 29th of April 2006. Miss Nelson was also a native of Erie, PA. She had been married to her husband of 35 years and apparently retired from acting after 1970. Miss Nelson's untimely passing comes less than a month before her first TAGS appearances in the episodes "Eat Your Heart Out" and "Goober's Replacement" were both released on DVD as part of the Sixth Season release. Miss Nelson had previously appeared in all of the 1960's "Beach Party" film series. She also appeared on a number of 1960's shows including "The Dick Van Dyke Show".
